Zaddy Solutions in Greensboro, AL is seeking a Pediatric Clinic-Based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our outpatient pediatric therapy team.

Working under the supervision of a Licensed OTR, you will help infants, toddlers, and school-age children build the fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, and self-help skills necessary to thrive in their daily routines, school environments, and home lives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program.
• Eligible for Alabama COTA licensure (or active).
• NBCOT certification is required.
• Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification.
• Experience in pediatric clinic/outpatient or early intervention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct pediatric therapy in a clinic to support individual goals and functional independence.
• Focus on fine motor, sensory integration, self-help, and visual-motor skills.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team to implement home exercise programs and strategies.
• Document progress and assist with re-evaluations and treatment plan updates.
• Maintain clinic equipment and adapt setups for each child.
• Engage and educate families to support home and school routines.
