6 Degrees Search in Greensboro, AL seeks a Pediatric Clinic-Based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our outpatient therapy team under the supervision of a Licensed OT (OTR). You will help infants, toddlers, and school-aged children build fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, and self-help skills to thrive at home, school, and daily routines.

The role emphasizes hands-on therapy, family coaching, and collaboration with speech and physical therapists to support goal

Competenze

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program.
Active Alabama COTA license or eligibility.
Current NBCOT certification and Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification.

Direct therapy delivery in a clinic setting to support pediatric goals and functional independence.
Clinic-based and play-focused skill building using sensory tools and equipment.
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team to implement home exercise programs and strategies.
