Job summary

Qualifications

• OTA program graduate and licensed in Alabama.
• NBCOT certification and pediatric CPR/First Aid.
• Experience in pediatric clinic or outpatient setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication and knowledge of developmental milestones.

Responsibilities

• Direct therapy delivery to infants, toddlers, and children in a clinic setting.
• Play-focused skill-building for fine motor, sensory, and self-help goals.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members for home programs.
• Document progress, assist with re-evaluations and treatment plan updates.
• Maintain and set up clinic equipment and sensory tools for each child.
• Educate families to support strategies at home and school.
