Job summary

W3Global is seeking a Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide pediatric therapy under a licensed OT in Charlotte, NC and surrounding communities. This full-time, in-person role serves children in homes, daycares, and community settings to improve fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills.

You will implement treatment plans, educate caregivers, monitor progress, document outcomes, and coordinate with the supervising OT.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina COTA license required.
• Pediatric experience preferred; experience with developmental delays or autism is a plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising OT.
• Support children's fine motor, sensory processing, coordination, and daily living skills.
• Use play-based therapeutic activities to promote developmental progress.
• Educate caregivers on strategies to support children's goals.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
