Job summary

Kid Clan Services, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our facility-based therapy team.

You will assist licensed therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans to promote children's participation and independence. Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT-COTA certification required.
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure in NJ.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to enhance fine motor skills, visual-motor integration, and self-regulation.
• Engage children in therapeutic play to promote social, communication, and cognitive development.
• Use equipment and assistive devices to support participation in daily activities and school tasks.
• Collaborate with families and educational teams to integrate therapy goals into routines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and outcomes per standards.
• Communicate progress with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
