Job summary

Arbor Therapy in Glendale, AZ is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our pediatric outpatient team. This full-time role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, a collaborative environment, and opportunities to help children and young adults reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona Occupational Therapist license or eligible before start date.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• Current Fingerprint card.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with pediatric clients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy interventions.
• Address fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-care, feeding, executive functioning, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, physicians, educators, and families.
• Educate caregivers and provide home program recommendations.
• Complete timely electronic documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and professional development.
