Job summary

Markent Personnel, Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Clinic-Based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our outpatient pediatric therapy team in Greensboro, AL.

You will work under the supervision of an Licensed OT, helping children build fine motor, sensory processing, and self-help skills for daily activities and school routines. You will use play-based therapy, manage therapy equipment, and contribute to family education and home strategies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program.
• Active Alabama COTA license or eligibility.
• NBCOT certification and Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification.
• Experience in pediatric clinic or outpatient setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct therapy delivery in a clinic setting for infants to school-age children to support goals and functional independence.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team to implement home exercise programs and strategies.
• Document progress with milestones and assist with re-evaluations and treatment plan updates.
