Thrive is growing its Washington team and hiring Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to support elementary and middle school students in the Seattle, Tacoma, and Bremerton areas.
In this role, you will work alongside Occupational Therapists and school teams to help students strengthen fine motor, sensory, self-care, and school participation skills.
Help students participate more fully in their school day by building practical, functional skills that support independence and success.
Work under the guidance of a supervising OT and alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
Choose from full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities while maintaining consistent school placements throughout the year.
Use documentation tools that streamline note-writing and help you spend more time focused on students.
