Job summary

Thrive Therapies Group is seeking a Pediatric COTA to support students in Seattle, Tacoma, and Bremerton schools, under supervision of a licensed OT, following each student’s IEP and treatment plan.

The role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN options with a $65,000–$75,000 annual salary for a 10-month contract, plus a $5,000 signing bonus and full benefits with 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Licensed OTA with NBCOT certification (COTA).
• Washington OT license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Background check and fingerprinting required.
• Reliable transportation to assigned schools.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services in schools under supervision, following student IEPs and treatment plans.
• Build fine motor, sensory, self-care, and participation skills for school participation.
• Collaborate with teachers on classroom strategies and supports.
• Track progress and write timely session notes; communicate with supervising OT.

We're building our Washington team and hiring COTAs to work alongside our OTs in elementary and middle schools in the Seattle, Tacoma, and Bremerton areas.

What you'll do

What you bring
