Job summary

Pediatric COTA is sought to work in school-based settings across Seattle, Tacoma, and Bremerton areas with Thrive Therapies Group. The role supports students in elementary and middle schools under ongoing OT supervision.

The position offers a full-time, part-time, or PRN option with competitive compensation, a signing bonus, full benefits, and a strong collaborative team including OTs, SLPs, PTs and educators. Washington license or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Need to be a graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• NBCOT certification (COTA) is required.
• Washington OTA license or eligibility to obtain one is required.
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
• Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services in schools under the supervision of a licensed OT.
• Build fine motor, sensory, self-care, and participation skills for students.
• Collaborate with teachers on classroom strategies and supports.
• Track progress and write timely session notes.
• Communicate progress and plan changes with supervising OT.

We're building our Washington team and hiring COTAs to work alongside our OTs in elementary and middle schools in the Seattle, Tacoma, and Bremerton areas.

• Communicate regularly with your supervising OT about student progress and plan changes
