Job summary

Thrive Therapies Group is a pediatric healthcare company working to make schools more equitable and inclusive for kids with disabilities. We are building our Washington team and hiring COTAs to work alongside OTs in elementary and middle schools in the Seattle area.

We offer multiple schedules—full-time, part-time, or PRN—with competitive pay of $65,000 to $75,000 per year, full benefits, a $5,000 signing bonus, CEU support, and a dedicated documentation platform to streamline notes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• NBCOT certification (COTA).
• Washington occupational therapy assistant license, or eligibility to get one.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services in schools under the supervision of a licensed OT, following each student's IEP and treatment plan.
• Build fine motor, sensory, self-care, and participation skills so students can take part fully in their school day.
• Work with teachers on classroom strategies and supports.
• Track progress and write timely session notes.
• Communicate regularly with your supervising OT about student progress and plan changes.
