Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join Tampa Bay's premier pediatric skilled nursing team. This full‑time position offers day shifts (7A–7P) and the chance to care for medically complex children in a collaborative, supportive environment.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, document conditions, respond to call signals, and maintain safety and infection control.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical support to assist residents with daily living activities.
• Observe and document health, behavior, and condition changes; report to nurse.
• Respond promptly to resident call signals and assist as needed.
• Maintain safety and infection control; report unsafe conditions.
• Communicate with nurses about resident conditions and concerns.
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
• Provide companionship and support to residents.
• Meet federal and state in-service requirements.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
