Qualifications

• Active CNA license
• At least 1 year of childcare experience (non-family)
• CPR certification prior to start
• Willingness to complete Level 2 Background Screening prior to start
• Calm, patient, and compassionate approach with children who have developmental or behavioral needs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy setting

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care: bathing, feeding, repositioning, diapering, toileting
• Monitor and document vital signs, reporting changes to the nurse
• Comfort and soothe children through rocking, holding, and reassurance
• Help ensure safe patient transitions during transportation times (no driving required)
• Follow all safety, infection control, and confidentiality protocols
• Part-Time (Potential to Become Full-Time)
• Monday-Saturday between 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• No nights. No Sundays.
