Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking a Nurse Aide I/II to support patient care in the 34419 Carolinas Medical Center - LCH: Nursing: 10P Pediatrics unit. This full-time role (36 hours/week) offers 7P-7A shifts, every third weekend and holidays, with a pay range of $19.80 to $29.70 per hour.

You will assist with activities of daily living, vital signs, hygiene, intake/output, and documentation, while maintaining clean rooms and safe patient care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current Nurse Aide I or II certification per state board.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and patient comfort.
• Take vital signs and measure height/weight.
• Support personal hygiene and mobility.
• Observe changes in patient conditions and report promptly.
• Maintain clean, stocked patient rooms and record data.
• Assist with clerical tasks and medical records.
• Perform ECG and venipuncture as trained.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and care plans.
