Job summary

The successful candidate will hold CMA/CCMA/NCCT/RMA/NRCMA/AAH certifications and demonstrate knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology and data management. On-site, day shift, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Certifications required: CMA/CCMA/NCCT/RMA/NRCMA/AAH as listed in the posting.
• Good knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology and medical terminology.
• Ability to collect, record and maintain data; assist with examinations and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assists with direct patient care procedures and related tasks; checks in patients and takes histories.
• Performs venipuncture, catheterization and sterile dressing changes per protocol.
• Maintains instruments, supplies, and prepares examination rooms.
• Educates patients on specified medical issues within guidelines.
• Handles administrative tasks: scheduling, billing, and filing records.
