Connecticut Children's Medical Center seeks a Clinical Value Analysis Specialist to lead the PEVA program, partnering with executives, clinicians, and vendors to reduce expenses while maintaining or improving patient outcomes.

The on-site role requires CT RN licensure, a BSN, and 3–5 years in a pediatric setting, with OR/CC nursing experience preferred. You’ll drive standardization, roll out new products, and monitor cost savings acrossSupply Chain operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• 3-5 years related experience in a pediatric facility.
• Operating Room Experience or Critical Care nursing experience preferred.
• Must have the CT RN license.
• Ability to review/analyze data to drive decision-making, incl. Excel/Word.

Responsibilities

• Drives clinical cost reduction and better patient outcomes as the Clinical Champion of CT Children's Value Analysis Program.
• Organizes and manages all Value Analysis Committees at CT Children's.
• Assesses financial, clinical, operational data and literature to select cost-effective products and processes.
• Provides data/information related to Value Analysis and investigates new or alternative products/services.
• Coordinates clinical evaluation trial activity with clinical partners and ensures measurement criteria for outcomes.
