Job summary
Seattle Children’s seeks a Nurse Educator with OR/IR or other procedural nursing experience to lead value analysis and standardization across pediatric departments. The role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to optimize supplies, leverage EHR data, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high-quality care.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited school.
- Minimum two (2) years of work experience in nursing, including pediatrics and Supply Chain related work experience.
- Education and training experience in electronic health record (EHR) and Supply Chain concepts.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams across the organization, manages the Value Analysis Programs, oversees new product introductions, and leads the standardization of supplies and equipment within pediatric departments and clinics.
- Utilizes data and internal resources to enhance safety standards by reducing supply variation, improve quality of care, and drive house-wide cost savings.
- Participates in the Capital Equipment budgeting process and drives value-based decisions to improve patient outcomes.
