Job summary
Community Medical Centers seeks an RN Clinical Analysis Coordinator to lead evaluations of clinical products, equipment and new technologies, ensuring safe and effective patient care across the system.
You will coordinate trials with multidisciplinary teams and vendors, analyze data for standardization and cost savings, and support decision committees with insights to drive improvements in technology adoption.
Qualifications
- BSN degree required.
- 3 years direct patient care experience required.
- 3 years leadership or project management experience preferred.
- Surgical experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead evaluations of clinical products, equipment and new technologies to support safe patient care.
- Coordinate product trials and implementations with multidisciplinary teams and vendors.
- Analyze product usage, cost and outcome data to identify standardization and cost savings opportunities.
- Evaluate patient safety and clinical efficacy for substitute products during back orders or recalls.
- Support committees by sharing insights and guiding product reviews across the system.
