The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Social Work, an LCSW/LICSW/LMHC license, and at least two years of clinical medical experience, with pediatric experience and bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work required.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), LICSW or LMHC required.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in a medical setting; pediatric experience preferred; bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessments of patients and families; formulate biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to evaluate medical/physical condition and client needs.
• Monitor, evaluate and document client progress per the treatment plan.
