Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a part-time social worker to provide clinical services at the Charlestown Health Center. You will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and families within an integrated behavioral health team.

The role requires MSW and LICSW (or eligibility) with 2–3 years of clinical experience in medical settings, with bilingual Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program required; emphasis on children and youth preferred.
• Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) required.
• Clinical experience in a medical setting 2-3 years required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 20 hours per week of clinical social work services in the Counseling and Behavioral Health unit.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments, formulate treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy.
• Collaborate with health care professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Participate in education of social work students and contribute to committees as available.
