Mass General Brigham is seeking a Bilingual Clinical Social Worker or LMHC to join a pediatric primary care clinic care team. The role includes psychosocial assessments, brief interventions, and care coordination for ages 4-21 with mental health conditions.

Experience with CBT and collaboration across disciplines is preferred. A sign-on bonus may be offered to eligible candidates, with a starting rate in a hybrid work setting.

Formación

• Master's Degree in Social Work required or Master's Degree in Mental Health & Behavioral Medicine required.
• 0-1 years clinical social work experience (Social Worker I)
• 2-3 years clinical social work experience (Social Worker II)
• 3-5 years related experience (LMHC)
• Bilingual Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides psychosocial assessments of patients and families with social, emotional, interpersonal and/or environmental issues.
• Formulates biopsychosocial assessment, disposition and treatment plans.
• Provides short- and medium-term, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to children and youth ages 4-21, parents, and families.
• Provides mandated assessments when abuse is suspected and specialized safety assessment when violence is suspected.
• Monitor, evaluate, and record client progress according to measurable goals described in treatment and care plan.
