Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks a Pediatric Behavioral Health clinician (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC) to provide psychosocial assessments and therapy for ages 4-21 in a hybrid clinic setting. The role includes coordination with an interdisciplinary team, safety assessments, and community referrals.

Applicants should have a master’s degree in social work or mental health/behavioral medicine and relevant pediatric experience.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work required or Master’s Degree in Mental Health & Behavioral Medicine required.
• 0-1 years Clinical Social Work experience required (Social Worker I).
• 2-3 years Clinical Social Work experience required (Social Worker II).
• 3-5 years related LMHC experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides psychosocial assessments of patients and families with social, emotional and environmental issues.
• Formulates biopsychosocial assessment, disposition and treatment plans.
• Delivers short- and medium-term, evidence-based interventions to children and youth ages 4-21.
• Maintains safety assessments when abuse or violence is suspected and coordinates referrals.
