Job summary

Mass General Brigham's pediatric primary care clinic is seeking a Bilingual Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide clinical care coordination, assessment, brief interventions, and referrals for patients aged 4–21 with mental health conditions. LCSW/LICSW/LMHC licensure is required or eligible; bilingual Spanish is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work required
• Master's Degree in Mental Health & Behavioral Medicine required
• LCSW/LICSW/LMHC licensure required or eligible
• Experience with children and adolescents preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides psychosocial assessments of patients and families.
• Formulates biopsychosocial assessment, disposition and treatment plans.
• Provides short- and medium-term, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to children and youth ages 4-21, parents, and families.
• Provides mandated assessments when abuse is suspected and safety assessments when violence is suspected.
• Monitor, evaluate, and record client progress according to treatment plan goals.
