Job summary

Seattle Children’s is seeking an assistant to support division research teams in organizing and completing clinical trials. You will help with regulatory documents and collaborate with the PI on protocol implementation, site initiation visits, and routine monitoring to ensure adherence to federal rules and Good Clinical Practice.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and prior research experience, with potential language assessment for certain departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent.
• Prior experience in research or related field.
• Language proficiency assessment may be required for some departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist the assigned division research team in the organization, implementation and completion of clinical research trials.
• Maintain regulatory documents; assist the Principal Investigator in the planning of protocol implementation and site initiation visits and routine monitoring of clinical studies.
• Ensure that research projects are conducted in compliance with federal regulations, institutional policies/departmental guidelines, and standards of Good Clinical Practice.
