Loyola Medicine, a member of Trinity Health, is seeking a Pediatric Clinical Pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to neonatal, pediatric, and adolescent patients. You will work with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize therapy and ensure safety.

Qualifications include an Illinois pharmacist license, PharmD, and 1–2 years of experience; PGY2 Pediatric Pharmacy Residency preferred; BCPS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist in the State of Illinois.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required; BCPS preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous job-related experience; Pediatric residency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care to neonatal, pediatric, and adolescent patients.
• Precepts students, residents, and new staff; participates in research and quality improvement.
• Reviews, verifies, and monitors medication orders for safety and efficacy; participates in rounds.
