Job summary
Loyola Medicine, part of Trinity Health, seeks clinically skilled pharmacists for full-time night shift roles in the Loyola Medicine Transport network near Chicago. You will deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and participate in education, research, and quality initiatives.
Ideal candidates hold a PharmD or equivalent, Illinois license, and residency experience, with ACLS/CPR and board certification preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required for eligibility to practice in Illinois.
- PharmD preferred for clinical leadership in pharmacy services.
- Illinois pharmacist license and relevant clinical residencies desirable.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to designated service areas to achieve optimal patient outcomes and safety.
- Work as part of multidisciplinary teams to improve medication therapy management.
- Serve as drug information resource and participate in education, research and quality improvement activities.
