The role supports physicians, manages front desk and billing processes, leads hiring/performance, resolves concerns, and maintains compliance with university standards. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health‑related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory and operations management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Windows‑based systems; knowledge of insurance plans preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staffing: supervise daily operations, payroll, and scheduling within budget.
• Clinical Duties: ensure OSHA/CLIA compliance and proper triage support.
• Office Management: manage inventory, front desk, billing and records; prepare reports.
• General Responsibilities: foster compassionate, compliant, patient‑focused environment.
