Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Supervisor to lead daily operations in a practice setting. You will oversee clinical staff, ensure safe patient care, and coordinate with Practice Leadership on staffing and process improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, current RN licensure for NJ/PA, and 5+ years of nursing experience with at least 3 years of managerial experience. BLS/CPR certification is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Current RN licensure for the state you work in (PA/NJ) required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and 5+ years of nursing experience required.
• 3+ years managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinic services are provided in a safe, efficient, and competent manner; monitor clinic flow, equipment, supplies, and safety.
• Manage clinical staff; hire, orient, develop, and evaluate performance; maintain competencies and staffing records.
• Develop staffing guidelines and triage processes; optimize patient flow and coordinate with Practice Leadership.
