Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinic staff supervision and day-to-day operations.
• Assist with policy development, procedures, and best practices.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
• Assist with budgeting, payroll, and reporting for the clinic.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate front- and back-office staff.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety standards.
