Job summary

Ivy Rehab is seeking a Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner to build a new clinic from the ground up, oversee operations, and mentor clinical and non-clinical teams. You will shape location, team culture, and patient experience, while leveraging Ivy Health infrastructure and leadership support.

You will lead care within your licensed discipline, build referral networks, and drive responsible growth, with ownership potential as part of Ivy’s partnership model.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in respective state.
• Previous pediatric therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations for a start-up pediatric clinic.
• Recruit and develop clinic team; establish patient experience and referral relationships.
• Collaborate with Ivy Health teams on real estate, operations, marketing, and finance for successful clinic launch.
