Job summary

Ivy Rehab in Minnesota is seeking a Pediatric Clinic Director and Investing Partner (PT/OT/SLP licensed). You will build a brand-new clinic, set clinical standards, recruit and lead the team, and develop strong community partnerships.

Open to the clinician's location; a de novo clinic will be supported by Ivy’s infrastructure, mentorship, and equity opportunity, with comprehensive benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in the respective state.
• Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard.
• Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
