Job summary

Ivy Health Inc is seeking a Pediatric Clinic Director (PT, OT, or SLP) in Michigan to lead a dedicated pediatric team delivering world-class care across physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and ABA services.

You will champion a culture of authenticity, inclusion, growth, and collaboration while advancing patient outcomes and staff development within a leading pediatric network.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical, Occupational, or Speech-Language Pathology therapy program.
• Current licensure as PT, OT, or SLP within the respective state.
• Proven dedication and experience in leadership skills.
• Passion for mentoring others and fostering success.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the pediatric clinic team.
• Collaborate with therapists and staff to ensure integrated care.
• Drive patient outcomes and quality care across PT, OT, and SLP.
