Job summary

Shriners Children's seeks a Care Manager Supervisor to lead the care management department and supervise nursing, social work, interpretive services, and resource coordination.

Qualifications

• BSN or Bachelor's in Social Work required.
• 2 years of Care Management experience required.
• RN or Social Work license in state of practice.
• ACM or CCM certification due within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily practice of nursing, social work, interpretive services, and resource coordination.
• Coordinate staff schedule to ensure adequate coverage and patient care.
• Promote engagement and professional development of staff.
• Support committees, meetings, or projects as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission readiness and department policies.

Education

BSN or Bachelor in Social Work

RN or Social Work License in state of practice

ACM or CCM Certification due within 2 years of hire
