Job summary

Alliance Orthopedics is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to act as a liaison between providers and patients, monitoring treatment plans, and connecting patients with healthcare services. You will work to ensure smooth coordination of care across the practice and its nine New Jersey clinics.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with patients and providers to coordinate care.
• Hold weekly meetings with providers to review active patient lists and implement changes to accelerate care.
• Ensure patient compliance by reviewing daily schedules and coordinating with schedulers.
• Coordinate patient imaging and MD appointments with the medical team.
• Provide knowledge of Alliance Ortho services and scheduling responsibilities.
