CHOC, located in Orange, CA, seeks a Care Coordination Liaison to connect patients and families with the appropriate level of service within the healthcare system. You will collaborate with care teams to identify barriers to care and help families access resources while educating on timely care access.

Minimum 1 year in an administrative or clerical role is required; a 2-3 year hospital/medical office background is preferred, with knowledge of medical terminology and payer processes.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-response environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification processes.
