Petite Smiles is seeking a Part-Time Patient Experience & Treatment Coordinator who is warm, confident, and organized, and enjoys working with children and families. You will bridge patients, families, and the clinical team from scheduling to treatment coordination and financial discussions.

Under supervision, you’ll create a seamless experience from check-in through treatment coordination and follow-up, ensuring a caring, efficient patient journey in our family-focused practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of dental experience.
• Experience in pediatric or family-focused practice.
• Experience with treatment coordination, scheduling, or front desk responsibilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Customer-service oriented and empathetic.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every child and family.
• Greet patients and families with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Build strong relationships with parents/caregivers and be a trusted contact.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and confirm visits.
• Coordinate treatment plans and explain care, next steps, and financial expectations.
• Present treatment plans clearly and compassionately to help families decide.
• Follow up on outstanding treatment and remove barriers to care.
• Collect estimated payments and assist with patient balances.
• Maintain accurate patient information and attention to detail.
• Support a calm, organized front-desk flow.
• Communicate with the clinical team for smooth transitions between front desk and operatory.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on patient experience.
