Children’s Dental FunZone is seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to guide families through treatment plans, explain options, and coordinate appointments in a warm, child-friendly setting.

You will support parents with understanding care, verify insurance, present financing options, and collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences and drive case acceptance across our Southern California practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental sales and treatment coordination is required.
• Customer service excellence and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Familiarity with dental insurance plans (PPO, HMO, Denti-Cal) preferred.
• Knowledge of Dentrix is a plus; bilingual ability (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans, options, and financial arrangements to patients and parents.
• Provide an exceptional patient experience through clear and compassionate communication.
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment procedures, and preventive care.
• Verify and manage insurance plans (PPO, HMO, Denti-Cal).
• Utilize electronic billing systems efficiently.
• Offer flexible payment solutions and financing options.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care.
