Qualifications

• High School or Associate Degree; related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and check-in/out of patients; register patients with insurance and demographics.
• Provide general company and services information; communicate effectively with children and families.
• Verify patient insurance and initiate prior authorizations; coordinate with referral sources for physician schedules.
• Maintain electronic charts; scan and upload documents; support clinic staff and office flow.
• Perform chart checks for fitting appointments; assist with billing documentation.
• Coordinate and schedule all appointments; follow up on no-shows and reschedule.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance; multi-task in a dynamic environment.
