You will build competency, facilitate onboarding, and serve as a clinical resource, ensuring high-quality education aligned with pediatric standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in cardiovascular operating room.
• RN licensure in GA or multistate licensure via eNLC.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles for educational activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS for training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates education plans for clinical staff.
• Promotes safe patient care through education and competency development.
• Facilitates onboarding and ongoing professional development of nursing staff.
• Acts as a clinical resource and may lead shifts in manager's absence.
