Job summary

DAFFODIL PEDIATRICS AND FAMILY MEDICINE is seeking an experienced BCBA to lead and grow our pediatric behavioral health program. The role focuses on assessing and treating pediatric patients, delivering ABA services, and mentoring the care team.

You will collaborate with pediatricians for integrated plans, support program development, and advance evidence-based practices to improve outcomes for children and families in our community.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification required.
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Several years of pediatric behavioral health and ABA experience preferred.
  • Extensive experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive behavioral health assessments and treatment planning for pediatric patients.
  • Deliver and oversee ABA services and behavioral interventions for children with ASD and other conditions.
  • Provide ABS tailored to individual needs of patients and families.
  • Serve as the clinical leader for the behavioral health team, with mentorship and oversight.
  • Collaborate with pediatric providers to develop integrated treatment plans to improve outcomes.
  • Support program development, quality initiatives, and evidence-based practice.
  • Coordinate care with families, schools, and community resources.

Are you an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about improving the lives of children and families? We are seeking a seasoned BCBA to play a key leadership role in developing and expanding our integrated Behavioral Health Program within a thriving pediatric practice.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a comprehensive behavioral health model while collaborating closely with pediatricians, nurse practitioners, and an interdisciplinary care team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

What You'll Do
  • Provide comprehensive behavioral health assessments and treatment planning for pediatric patients.
  • Deliver and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and behavioral interventions for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental or behavioral conditions.
  • Provide Applied Behavioral Services (ABS) tailored to the individual needs of patients and families.
  • Serve as the clinical leader for our behavioral health team, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight of clinical care.
  • Collaborate with pediatric providers to develop integrated treatment plans that improve health outcomes.
  • Support program development, quality initiatives, and evidence-based clinical practices.
  • Partner with families, schools, and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care.
