Job summary

Blue Moon ABA is seeking a dedicated BCBA in Maryland to deliver high-quality ABA services, conduct FBAs, and develop individualized treatment plans. You will supervise RBTs, analyze client data, and collaborate closely with families and an interdisciplinary team to ensure progress and quality care.

The role emphasizes ethical, evidence-based practice with opportunities for leadership and ongoing supervision to advance clinical excellence.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field.
  • Active state licensure (where applicable).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Passion for delivering compassionate, client-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct FBAs and comprehensive evaluations.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs in accordance with BACB guidelines.
  • Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
  • Provide caregiver training and ongoing support.
