Succeed ABA Therapy in Indiana is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead cases and supervise junior staff, delivering high-quality ABA services to children from infancy to 21.

You will design curricula and behavior intervention plans, review data, communicate with families, and collaborate with the Program Manager to maintain case quality.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Active BCBA Certification from BACB.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.
• Design ABA curriculum plans and regularly review/update them.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Review reports and session notes regularly.
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for supervised clients.
• Maintain regular communication with parents.
• Coordinate with Program Manager to maintain quality of cases.
• Suggest incorporation of individualized goals into family’s daily routine.
• Provide parent and staff training.

• Regular communication with parents
• Coordinate with Program Manager to maintain quality of cases
• Offer suggestions of incorporating individualized goals into family’s daily routine
• Provide parent and staff training
