Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and train clinical staff, providing ongoing feedback and support.
• Conduct assessments, analyze data, and adjust treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with caregivers to teach behavior intervention techniques.
• Monitor documentation for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
• Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
• Assist with scheduling, billing, and documentation processes.

Most ABA providers put a BCBA in a room with RBTs and a caseload. DV Therapy puts you alongside speech-language pathologists (SLPs & SLPAs) and occupational therapists (OTs and COTAs) serving the same children because a client's communication, regulation, and behavior don't live in separate departments. We're hiring a BCBA at our Covina center to lead individualized, play-based, family-involved programs as part of that integrated team. What We Need You To Bring:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, required
