Job description

Help Kids Show the World How Awesome They Are

Every kid we work with already has something remarkable in them. Some days it's a first word. Other days it's a calm transition, a high-five with a sibling, or a full meal at the family table without a melt‑down. Our job is to clear the path so the world gets to see it.

At DV Therapy, we call our approach Fan First. We're not here to collect clients. We're here to earn fans: families who see their child making progress and feel like true partners in it, not just recipients of a service. That only happens when the programs behind the sessions are thoughtful, data‑driven, and built for a real kid in a real home.

That's where you come in. As a Program Manager, you'll take your supervising BCBA's clinical direction and turn it into plans that work. You'll find the pattern in the data, adjust a strategy before it stalls, and coach the technicians and parents who carry it forward every day. When a family tells us their kid did something they weren't sure they'd ever see, your fingerprints will be on it.

Why Program Managers Choose DV Therapy

  • $30.00 – $33.00 per hour — your rate, with no bonus folded in to make the number look bigger

  • Leadership that came up through the work. Our COO, Mariah Prentice, started at DV Therapy as an SLPA nearly ten years ago and now runs operations for the whole company. Our founder and owner, Iddo deVries, MS, CCC-SLP, is a clinician too. Caseload and staffing decisions here get made by people who have carried a caseload.

  • A BCBA in your corner, not just on your org chart. You'll build programs side by side with your supervising BCBA, with clinical direction from our Clinical Director across all five sites. You get backup on the hard cases and a real voice in how plans are designed.

  • Want your BCBA? We'll help you get there. Supervised fieldwork hours toward certification, exam prep support, schedule flexibility for coursework: We're building our path to BCBA right now and we'd love for you to be one of the people who helps shape it.

  • Speech and OT down the hall. ABA, speech, and OT work as integrated pediatric teams in person, not referrals into a void. The feeding question, the AAC decision, the communication barrier behind a behavior — worked out in the hallway.

  • Clinic and in-home, so you see the whole picture. You'll split your time between our [Location] clinic and clients' homes. You see how a skill holds up at the kitchen table, not just at the therapy table.

  • Paid time off, paid holidays, and sick time

  • 401(k) with a company match on up to 5%

  • Free, confidential mental health support through LifeCare, with 9 consultations a year. This job asks a lot of your heart, and we want you to have somewhere to put it down

  • Professional liability insurance — covered, not your line item

  • CEU reimbursement, gym stipend, T-Mobile plan option, and LifeMart discounts

  • Discretionary profit‑sharing bonus program

What You'll Do

  • Design, evaluate, and refine individualized treatment plans with your supervising BCBA

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and turn client data into clear next steps

  • Track progress and adjust interventions when the data says it's time

  • Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in the clinic and in the field

  • Coach parents and caregivers so progress carries over at home

  • Keep documentation accurate and reports on time

  • Join team meetings and keep growing through ongoing professional development

What You Bring

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field

  • 2+ years working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs

  • Hands‑on experience developing ABA programs for children with autism and related diagnoses

  • Strength in parent training and social skills interventions

  • Clear communication and the organization to manage a caseload without dropping details

"I've worked in ABA-only clinics before. Having ST and OT down the hall means I'm learning something new every week, not just from trainings, but from lunch conversations." — Devin R., BCBA, Santa Fe Springs

"The multidisciplinary setup here means I never feel like I'm guessing in my own silo. If I have a question about a kid's motor planning, the OT is right there, not three referrals away." — Jordan K., RBT, Palmdale

"I love that leadership actually invests in team building. It's not just a pizza party once a year, it's a whole culture of showing up for each other." — Selena M., Speech‑Language Pathologist Assistant, Santa Fe Springs
