Job summary

DV Therapy Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA sessions at our clinic, following BCBA-designed treatment plans. You’ll work with a supportive team including a BCBA and a Master’s Program Manager to build kids' communication, daily living, and social skills.

This role offers a strong pathway toward BCBA careers, with supervision, training, and a benefits package that includes medical coverage, paid holidays, retirement savings, and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college coursework is a plus.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.
• ABA experience preferred.
• RBT certification is a plus but not required.
• Spanish fluency is a bonus, and many families will be grateful for it, but it’s not required.
• Patience, a sense of humor, and a real interest in how kids learn.

Responsibilities

You'll deliver ABA sessions at our Los Angeles clinic, following treatment plans written by your BCBA.
