Job summary

DV Therapy Learning Center in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a BCBA to lead individualized ABA programs as part of an integrated team including SLPs and OTs. The role emphasizes collaboration with caregivers, supervision of staff, and data-driven treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and train clinical staff, providing ongoing feedback and support.
• Conduct assessments, analyze data, and adjust treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with caregivers to teach behavior intervention techniques.
• Monitor documentation for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.

Most ABA providers put a BCBA in a room with RBTs and a caseload. DV Therapy puts you alongside speech-language pathologists (SLPs & SLPAs) and occupational therapists (OTs and COTAs) serving the same children because a client's communication, regulation, and behavior don't live in separate departments. We're hiring a BCBA at our Bakersfield center to lead individualized, play-based, family-involved programs as part of that integrated team. What We Need You To Bring

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, required
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA services
• Bilingual (Spanish) a huge plus!
