Job summary

DV Therapy Learning Center in Bakersfield, CA seeks a BCBA to lead individualized, play-based ABA programs within an integrated team of SLPs and OTs. You will supervise staff, design treatment plans, and collaborate with families to build meaningful skills.

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification by BACB is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and train clinical staff, providing ongoing feedback and support.
• Conduct assessments, analyze data, and adjust treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with caregivers to teach behavior intervention techniques.
• Monitor documentation for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
• Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
• Assist with scheduling, billing, and documentation processes.

That's the whole point of ABA at DV Therapy Learning Center: Not making a child fit in, but giving them the skills to connect with the world on their own terms. We're looking for a BCBA who believes that too — and who wants a team, a caseload, and a clinic that make it possible!

Most ABA providers put a BCBA in a room with RBTs and a caseload. DV Therapy puts you alongside speech-language pathologists (SLPs & SLPAs) and occupational therapists (OTs and COTAs) serving the same children because a client's communication, regulation, and behavior don’t live in separate departments. We're hiring a BCBA at our Bakersfield center to lead individualized, play-based, family-involved programs as part of that integrated team. Our mission is simple: help kids build the skills to connect with the world and the people who matter to them.

What We Need You To Bring:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, required

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), required
