Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor degree in psychology, sociology, social work, human services or similar field preferred.
• Experience: six months in residential psychiatry or childcare setting preferred.
• Must pass Level 2 Background Screening per Florida AHCA requirements.
• Pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patients in treatment, recreation, education, and daily living activities.
• Ensure patient safety and use the least restrictive interventions when needed; avoid seclusion and restraint when possible.
