Responsibilities

• Provide safety observation for assigned patient(s) and report changes to the RN.
• Maintain a safe environment and document every 15 minutes during shift.
• Perform basic patient care tasks if assigned and assist with activities of daily living.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and staff to de-escalate when needed.
• Assist with stocking treatment rooms and attend mandatory trainings.
