Job summary
Devereux is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to work in our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Programs for adolescent females and males with Behavioral Health or IDD/Autism diagnoses at our West Chester, PA location. The RN will join a dedicated team providing clinical treatment, educational instruction, and behavioral intervention services to children and adolescents ages 6-21 with complex needs.
Requires BSN/ Diploma/ ADN and PA licensure; one year of post-education nursing experience is
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing with a B.S.N., Diploma or A.D.
- Currently licensed to practice professional nursing in Pennsylvania.
- One year of post-education nursing experience preferred.
- Experience with individuals with cognitive/behavioral challenges or medically complex conditions.
- Proficient computer skills and strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Valid driver's license required.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in Psychiatric Residential Treatment Programs (PRTF) for adolescents under Devereux.
- Support treatment plans and crisis intervention as part of the care team.
- Coordinate with clinicians, educators and other professionals to support patient needs.
